Okay, so Orfay is gone. Just like the death of a loved one, I expected it, but now that it is here, I feel that was ill-prepared. I never really thought I would be this sad.
It was a wonderful place, filled with my friends, my loved ones, people I respected, and jerks. I want this place to become as good as Orfay was... maybe it will and maybe it can never be. But when all is said and done, the mourning must begin, but we must all move on.

I know that it has taken some getting used to for all the Orfay refugees, but once you get the hang of this place, I think it rocks! The main reason I like it here is Strom... come on, you all have to admit that he is very responsive! If you send him a message, he always answers the very same day. He listens to our requests and responds... i.e. now we are getting the ability to comment on group pics. I loved Orfay as much as anyone, but let's face facts... they didn't respond worth a good goddam when you messaged them and changes were rare. And now, of course, they just let it die a slow and painful death.
So, let's alll give a big ol' WOOT to Strom and Glowfoto, and just thank our lucky stars that it was here to welcome us when we were cast out of Orfay!

Sad yet hopeful.... I loved Orfay and I am sad and sort of angry about what is going on... or NOT going on, depending on how you look at it. This looks like an okay little place, but I am going to miss things like caturdays....
But maybe Orfay will come back... or maybe we will all get used to meeting up here. I am just happy to see so many old Orfay faces here.
